Record of Content Videos

Making an insurance claim can be a stressful experience.  Not only is the incident that caused the claim stressful, but you have to deal with all the paperwork afterwards.  In the case of a large fire, for example, you may need to list all your belongings.

We can help take the stress out of an insurance claim.

Record of Content (ROC) videos are DVDs showing the contents of your house.  The important details of items, such as hallmarks or serial numbers, are filmed in closeup.  We can also film any security features.  In the event of an insurance claim, the video will provide a record of contents, as well as a general idea of the fixtures and fittings.

Your confidentiality and safety are important to us therefore all our camerapeople have been CRB checked.  In addition, we do not permanently store the footage of your property.  After you have confirmed receipt of the DVD, the footage is destroyed.

The cost of a ROC video will depend upon the size of a property and the number of additional features that need filming.  A ROC video of an average, four bedroom house would cost £250.  Please contact us for a quote.
